Chandler Properties recently purchased a self-storage/commercial warehouse in Cleveland, Tenn.

Chandler Storage, 1853 Westland Drive, has 34 self-storage units, but theres ample room to expand the facility up to 102 units. The property also includes a 5,250-square-foot commercial warehouse. It had been previously occupied by City Electric Supply, but has been vacant for two years.

Renovations began in mid-October. Repairs and maintenance are still being finalized on the warehouse before the space can be leased, slated for December. The warehouse includes a 1,000-square-foot office/showroom and  4,250 square feet of industrial warehouse space for a small business.
