Fullerton Self Storage in Baltimore Hosts Grand Re-Opening to Showcase Expansion

Fullerton Self Storage in Baltimore is hosting a grand re-opening ceremony on Oct. 9 to showcase its recent facility expansion. The event at 7989 Rossville Blvd., 5 to 7:30 p.m., will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 5:45 p.m. Snacks and beverages will be served.

Completed in July, the property renovation included the addition of approximately 40,000 square feet of storage space on nearly 3 acres of land. The expansion includes drive-up and climate-controlled storage units as well as vehicle-parking spaces.

Fullerton Self Storage is managed by diversified real estate firm Mindful Management LLC. Company representatives attending the event will include Michael Hopper, vice president of operations, and Jennifer Colon, vice president of marketing and development.

Headquartered in Palm Beach County, Fla., Mindful Management is focused on property acquisition, development and management. The company’s managed portfolio includes self-storage, residential, office and commercial flex space at 28 locations in California, Florida, Maryland and North Carolina.
