Inside Self-Storage (ISS), a provider of self-storage industry resources and education for more than 18 years, announced the winners of its 2009 Humanitarian Service Awards.

Inside Self-Storage (ISS), a provider of self-storage industry resources and education for more than 18 years, announced the winners of its 2009 Humanitarian Service Awards. This year, ISS is recognizing four self-storage companies/professionals who support charitable causes. In addition, it will donate a total of $8,000 (four $2,000 grants) to the nonprofit organizations, projects, events or programs endorsed by the winners. The 2009 recipients are:
A+ Storage (Robert Craig) of Tennessee, supporting the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure -Greater Nashville Affiliate
Cochrane Road Self Storage (Gina Six Kudo), supporting the Wildlife Education and Rehabilitation Center of Morgan Hill, Calif.
Hawaii Self Storage, supporting numerous charities and programs including Lockers 4 Literacy, Rent 2 Charity, Transition Assistance Program, Lokahi and others
Preferred Self Storage (Mike and Linda McDaniel), supporting the Circle of Friends Club of Lewisville (Texas) High School
The winners will be formally honored during a brief ceremony scheduled to take place during the Inside Self-Storage Expo in Las Vegas, Jan. 26-29, 2009 (www.insideselfstorageworldexpo.com).
