Charles “Chico” LeClaire, senior vice president and senior director of the Marcus & Millichap National Self Storage Group, brokered the sale of a UStore-It facility in Albuquerque, N.M. The 52,417-square-foot facility, built in 1994, has 419 units and five income-producing parking space. It was sold to a local private investor for $3.6 million. This is the second property the investor has purchased through LeClaire in the past 60 days.
