Automated Security Hires Director of Sales to Serve the Self-Storage Industry

Automated Security Corp., a provider of security technology for commercial and industrial businesses, primarily self-storage, has hired Brendan Delaney as director of sales. He’ll focus on expanding the company’s national footprint specifically within the storage industry, according to a press release.

Delaney was formerly a senior consultant for Michael Page, a global recruitment firm, where he concentrated on placing construction and property candidates in jobs in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He also worked for five years in the mechanical trade industry as an account manager for Johnson Controls International, a multi-national firm that produces fire, HVAC and security equipment for buildings.

Founded in 1998 by James DelSordo Jr., Automated sells, installs and services security-technology equipment nationwide including access control, automatic gates, burglar alarms, intercoms and speakers, network wiring, security cameras, and more. The company also offers full design services for security systems including camera layout, gate placement and wiring schematics.
