Self-storage vendors Sentinel Systems Corp., which provides facility-management software and access-control technology, and XPS Solutions, which offers call-center services and sales support, have announced a complete product integration. Users of Sentinel’s management software now have access to XPS virtual agent support, remote-management coverage, mobile app, payment solutions, reputation management and more. XPS call-center agents will be able to access tenant details, inventory, pricing and promotional information to facilitate the rental process, according to the source.
