SpareBox Technologies, an affiliate of SpareBox Storage that offers a suite of self-storage management solutions, has named Bill Hoffman as chief revenue officer. Hoffman most recently served in the same position for OpenTech Alliance Inc., a Phoenix-based provider of self-storage kiosks, call-center services and other technology. He’s also held leadership roles with Infusionsoft, Microsoft and Sage Software.

“SpareBox Technologies will quickly become a leader in the self-storage technology space, and the opportunity to maximize sustainable growth and revenue is very exciting,” Hoffman said. “My commitment to serve is rooted in my desire to revolutionize the future of self-storage by offering effective and affordable solutions that serve operators and customers alike.”

“Bill’s passion for helping to build and scale organizations is what SpareBox Technologies needs to accelerate our results-driven approach,” said CEO Jackson Stevens. “His exceptional contributions to customer-facing technologies and business applications are evident through his experience … and his insights will be invaluable to our team.”

SpareBox Technologies is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rizk Ventures, which was founded by Thomas Rizk in 2013. The company owns more than 26 million square feet of real estate across 314 properties in the healthcare, light-industrial, self-storage and suburban-office sectors.
