E-SoftSys Integrates Self Storage Manager Software With CallPotential Communication Platform

E-SoftSys LLC, a provider of asset-management software for various industries, has integrated its Self Storage Manager (SSM) product with the communication platform of CallPotential, a provider of lead-management and communications software for the self-storage industry. The collaboration will allow SSM customers to access the CallPotential service suite for marketing, sales, collections and call-center functions, along with call routing and recording, lead tracking, and other tools, according to a press release.
