Kelly Gallacher, a partner in Gallacher Development, has been in the self-storage industry for more than three decades. On Gallacher’s 85,000-square-foot facility in Tooele, Utah, the area’s first unattended self-storage property, BETCO engineered and constructed the buildings; Janus provided the doors and hallway systems; and Nokē provided smart locks.
