Self-Storage Brokerage Firm Midcoast Properties Hires New Associate

Midcoast Properties Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage focused on self-storage in Alabama, the Carolinas and Georgia, has hired Thomas Murphy as a sales associate. A real estate professional, he also has experience in marketing and sales.
Most recently, Murphy was a development analyst for real estate investment firm Mt. Vernon Capital Partners. He earned a degree from the University of South Carolina, and resides in the state in Charleston.
Based in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, Midcoast Properties has represented self-storage buyers and sellers for more than 20 years.
