Self-Storage Architecture Firm RKAA Partners With ‘Viewpoint by Dennis Quaid’

RKAA Architects Inc., a firm specializing in self-storage facility design, will partner with “Viewpoint With Dennis Quaid,” an online series of short-form documentaries hosted by actor Quaid on a variety of educational topics. RKAA architects, engineers and designers “will provide expert analysis, share best practices and explore groundbreaking architectural concepts that enhance the efficiency, aesthetics and sustainability of self-storage facilities,” according to a press release.

“We are thrilled to partner with RKAA Architects to bring their wealth of knowledge and expertise in architectural design to our viewers,” Viewpoint officials said. “The self-storage industry is rapidly growing and demands innovative solutions. Through this collaboration, we aim to empower viewers with the information they need to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the curve.”

The content produced will explore topics such as space optimization, technological advancements, environmental considerations and customer-centric designs, the release stated.

In February, the co-founders of Lindsey Self Storage Group, which specializes in self-storage brokerage, development and management, appeared in a three-minute segment that explores the evolution of the self-storage industry and why more people are using the service. It also delves into why the real estate asset class continues to perform well during economic downturns, and how investors looking to enter the industry can do so.
