EquiCap Commercial Hires New Broker for Self Storage Advisory Group

EquiCap Commercial, a brokerage specializing in self-storage, has hired Paul Robertson as vice president of the company’s Self Storage Advisory Group. He has experience and expertise in the commercial real estate industry, according to a press release.

Prior to joining EquiCap, Robertson spent three years as a broker with the Delaney Self-Storage Group for real estate firm Marcus & Millichap. With more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, he’s developed a reputation for providing exceptional customer service and delivering successful outcomes for his clients. He possesses a deep understanding of the nuances of the self-storage marketplace, and consistently demonstrates his ability to identify tailored solutions that meet his clients’ unique needs and financial goals, the release stated.
