Self-Storage Builder SurePoint Development Welcomes New Partner

SurePoint Development, which builds self-storage facilities and operates the SurePoint Self Storage brand, welcomed Clint Wynn as a new business partner. He joins Jeff Bailey, Brian Cisarik and Robert Loeb.

Wynn has experience in development and finance in multiple commercial real estate asset classes, including self-storage. Most recently, he served as chief investment officer for 18 years at Hixon Properties Inc., a privately held real estate investment company based in San Antonio. In that role, Wynn was responsible for development and acquisition of many types of Texas properties including hotels, multi-family, parking, retail and self-storage. He also focused on adaptive-reuse projects.

“We are thrilled and appreciative that Clint is joining SurePoint. His experience and values make him a natural fit with our team,” Loeb said.

Founded in 2013, SurePoint operates five self-storage facilities in Pearland, Richmond, San Antonio and Schertz, Texas. The company also owns three facilities in San Antonio, Schertz and Sugar Land, Texas, that are branded and managed by self-storage real estate investment trust CubeSmart.
