West Coast Self-Storage Group and a company doing business as WCSS Lakeland Hills A St Storage LLC will open a new self-storage facility in Auburn, Wash., next month. The property at 4424 A St. S.E. is just south of the intersection with Ellingson Road and east of Washington State Highway 167.

West Coast Self-Storage Auburn will comprise 69,800 rentable square feet of storage space in 733 climate-controlled and drive-up units. The property was designed by Stephen Bourne, an architect with the firm Site + Plan + Mix LLC, and developed by Bowlds Real Estate Development Group. The building was constructed by JPR Construction.

“We’re excited to be opening our newest facility in Auburn. It represents the continuing evolution of self-storage aimed at offering customers a higher level of service and amenities,” said John Eisenbarth, vice president of operations for West Coast. “Auburn is the perfect location for this facility. The city has been growing consistently over the last decade with an influx of young people and families.
