E-SoftSys, a provider of self-storage management software, has distinguished itself among the top 1 percent of Microsoft partners. Microsoft recently recognized the company for “best in class ability and commitment” to customer needs, designating E-SoftSys with a Gold Application Integration Competency and Silver ISV, Silver Server Platform, Silver Mid-Market Solution Provider, Silver OEM and Silver Hosting competencies.

To earn Microsoft competency, partners must successfully complete exams to prove their level of technology expertise. They also must submit customer references demonstrating successful projects and pass technology and/or sales assessments. For gold competencies, partners must designate Microsoft Certified Professionals uniquely to Microsoft competencies, ensuring a certain level of staffing capacity. Partners must also implement an annual customer satisfaction study and, in some instances, meet a revenue commitment.

"By achieving a portfolio of competencies, partners demonstrate deep expertise and consistent capability on the latest Microsoft technology," said Jon Roskill, corporate vice president, Worldwide Partner Group at Microsoft Corp. "These partners show true commitment to meeting customer technology needs today and into the future."

"We are delighted to have earned these Microsoft competencies," said Kat Shenoy, president and CEO of E-SoftSys. "Our plan is to accelerate our customers' success by serving as technology advisors for their business demands."

E-SoftSys, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and ISO 9001:2008 certified company, provides software products for the self-storage industry, including Self Storage Manager and e-CRM. The company also offers add-on modules such as the INSOMNIAC kiosk interface, online payments, online reservations and rentals, the QlikView Business Intelligence and Analytics Interface, and the iPad/tablet-based Site Audit and Walk Through Application.
