Granada Self Storage and Carwash in Austin, Texas, sold to A-A-A Storage Stassney LLC. The buyer is planning to reconfigure and add storage units to the property. The purchase was financed by Amplify Credit Union.

Granada Self Storage and Carwash***Built in 1983, the facility has frontage along Stassney Lane and is about one mile from the I-35 corridor. The 49,200-square-foot facility, 201 West Stassney Lane, includes a manager’s office, 576 climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled units, 300 post office boxes, a gated entry, video surveillance, security fence, and a self-serve carwash with five bays.

Occupancy at the time of the sale was 81 percent. Texas real estate broker Joe Linsalata of Linsalata Realty Services represented the buyer .
