Granada Self Storage and Carwash in Austin, Texas, sold to A-A-A Storage Stassney LLC. The buyer is planning to reconfigure and add storage units to the property. The purchase was financed by Amplify Credit Union.
Built in 1983, the facility has frontage along Stassney Lane and is about one mile from the I-35 corridor. The 49,200-square-foot facility, 201 West Stassney Lane, includes a manager’s office, 576 climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled units, 300 post office boxes, a gated entry, video surveillance, security fence, and a self-serve carwash with five bays.
Occupancy at the time of the sale was 81 percent. Texas real estate broker Joe Linsalata of Linsalata Realty Services represented the buyer .
