Storage Opportunity Partners Acquires Secure Self Storage

Storage Opportunity Partners LLC (StorageOp) acquired Secure Self Storage in New Bedford, Mass. Built in 2003, the facility consists of 11 single-story storage buildings totaling 71,025 rentable square feet and 517 storage units. Twenty-five percent of the rentable area is climate controlled. The property will be rebranded Storage Pros Self Storage, and operated by Storage Pros Management LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of StorageOp, owned by principals David Levenfeld and Ian Burnstein.
