Equity Based Services Inc. (EBS) now owns Assured Self Storage and Blue Star Self Storage in Lewiston, Texas, a growing suburb of Dallas. The Assured/Blue Star acquisition adds 1,130 storage units, 115 parking spaces and 148,556 net rentable square feet to the company’s holdings.
