Flint Creek Partners Retained to Secure Chicago Investment Partner

Capital Realty & Development LLC retained Flint Creek Partners LLC to identify an institutional partner for a $75 million equity investment. The solicited funds will be used in conjunction with the company’s initial outlay of $5 million to fund more than $267 million in investment activity. With a number of opportunities already identified, the proposed joint venture will focus on mid-sized industrial developments (50,000 to 500,000 square feet), re-developments and acquisitions in the Greater Chicago market.
 
Capital Realty, a privately held real estate company founded in 2002, owns a 20-property portfolio consisting of 1 million square feet that it may consider contributing to the enterprise. It has also identified potential industrial investments with a pipeline of approximately 1.2 million square feet.
