Strategies to Help You Raise Capital for Your Next Self-Storage Deal.” The free presentation explains how to amass capital for an acquisition or new development. Readers will learn strategies to gain interest for their next project.

The content was provided by Lauren Brychell, the investor-relations manager for Spartan Investment Group LLC, a self-storage development, property-management and real estate firm that operates the FreeUp Storage brand. Brychell has experience in industry investing, particularly raising capital. She assists her team with projects and investor education.
