Inside Self-Storage Opens Data Collection for 2023 Top-Operators Lists

Inside Self-Storage (ISS) has opened data collection for the 2023 Top-Operators Lists, an annual compilation of the industry’s leading players. Companies including real estate investment trusts, multi-facility operators and management companies are ranked by total rentable square footage. Additional information includes company leadership, contact information, number of facilities, number of units, operating names, operating locations and expansion plans.

All multi-facility self-storage owners and third-party management companies are welcome to participate. Those that have created listings in previous Top-Operators campaigns will receive an email invitation with a link to their form to update or confirm their information. Forms must be resubmitted each year to be eligible for the current year’s rankings.

Companies that haven’t previously participated and would like to be considered for the rankings can do so by completing this form. Participation is free and takes only a few minutes. Data collection for the 2023 lists will close on June 23.

Detailed results from the ISS 2022 Top-Operators Lists were published in the September 2022 issue of ISS Magazine and are available in a comprehensive data package via the ISS Store that includes an Excel spreadsheet and PDF analysis report.
