Midbar Investment Co. Sells Two Austin Self-Storage Facilities
Midbar Investment Co. of Houston recently sold two of its Austin self-storage facilities to local investors. Asylda LLC bought A+ Prime Airport Self Storage at 853 Airport Blvd., and Obsido LLC acquired A+ Prime Oakclair Storage at 6204 Oakclaire Drive.

Midbar Investment Co. of Houston recently sold two of its Austin self-storage facilities to local investors. Asylda LLC bought A+ Prime Airport Self Storage at 853 Airport Blvd., and Obsido LLC acquired A+ Prime Oakclair Storage at 6204 Oakclaire Drive. The purchase prices were not disclosed.
Combined, the properties comprise 82,000 square feet of storage. They were 60 percent occupied at the time of closing. Both facilities are in-fill locations, 10 minutes from Austins central business district.
The transaction was brokered by Bill Bellomy and Michael Johnson of Southern Storage Group (SSG). They buyers they procured purchased the properties as long-term holds, according to an SSG press release.
SSG is an Austin and Houston-based real estate brokerage company focusing exclusively on the sale and financing of self-storage properties nationwide.
