Training: In addition to having an easy-to-read software manual designed for the self-taught manager, we offer a one-day training course covering management-software operation. The course and materials are provided for a fee. The class is held periodically at the Sentinel headquarters in Lakewood, Colo.
Upgrades: We continually make revisions and upgrades to our software throughout the year. Qualifying customers may download the revision or request that a CD be shipped for a nominal fee. Customers who enroll annually for technical support may have our latest upgrades at no charge. Customers should contact us to verify their eligibility.
Interesting new feature: As part of our 2013 winter release, we have just included the capability to text customer mailings. This is a highly welcomed addition to the WinSen management program.
Tech support: We offer several options for technical support. Customers may choose to enroll annually in our technical-support program, which entitles them to unlimited assistance over the telephone and free version upgrades. The alternative is our “pay as you go” option, where there are no commitments or contracts to sign. The customer simply pays for the assistance as he needs it. Regardless of the customer’s choice, we work very hard to take good care of each customer’s technical-support needs.
