Kirk Rejoins Extra Space as President

Spencer F. Kirk has rejoined Extra Space Storage Inc. as president. He will oversee business operations including field operations and corporate finance for the company. He has been associated with the Extra Space Storage organization for nearly 10 years, having served as executive vice president of the companys predecessor, Extra Space Storage LLC, for seven years, and as a director of the company since its IPO in 2004. Collateral Promotes Tapie

Collateral Real Estate Capital promoted Alan Tapie to vice president. A member of Collaterals production team since 2001, Tapie is based in the companys Atlanta production office where he is responsible for multiple roles in loan originations, including new-client cultivation and maintaining existing client relationships.
