Bader Co. Declares Staff Changes

Bader Co. promoted Christy Lewis from marketing assistant to new account manager for the self-storage industry. She will work with customers to install and grow their insurance programs. Joseph Griffith was appointed claims manager. Griffith has seven years property adjusting management experience as a licensed adjuster. Amy Maymon was appointed client services manager to oversee the customer relations and policy issue teams. She is a licensed adjuster with several years in the insurance industry including a background in special investigation of claims.

Janus Promotes Two

Morgan Hodges, formerly vice president of technical sales for Janus International, was promoted to vice president. Hodges will help enact strategic and operational directives for the company. Ramey Jackson moved from national sales manager, commercial products, to vice president of sales. Jackson will manage the inside and outside sales force for Janus commercial, industrial and self-storage markets.

Yadisernia Joins SSBA as So-Cal Affiliate

Mark Yadisernia has joined Self Storage Brokers of America (SSBA), as broker affiliate for the Southern California region. Yadisernia has a 20-year history in the self-storage industry, serving as regional manager for three facilities and project manager for two locations that underwent large expansions. In 2004, he moved to Southern California where he developed and designed a facility from the ground up.

Horton Joins Mako Steel

Mako Steel announces Philip Horton was hired as a new draftsman. Horton is a graduate of the Denver Institute of Technology and has more than 10 years experience with AutoCAD.

Lexow-Gray Joins S&W Capital and Realty

Matt Lexow-Gray joined S&W Capital and Realty as senior loan originator responsible for obtaining financing for commercial real estate owners and investors. Lexow-Gray has more than five years experience in the real estate investment, management and lending business. His knowledge includes underwriting analysis, acquisition analysis and property valuation.

Rapid Rack Hires Marketing Manager

Rapid Rack Industries Inc. announced James Vaughn is its new marketing manager. Vaughn will coordinate all marketing and advertising activity for the company, including promotional materials, events and trade shows, and marketing research for Rapid Rack and Gorilla Rack brands. Vaughns experience includes 10 years creating marketing and advertising campaigns, developing high-end sponsorship packages and planning special events for the professional racing and automotive industries in the United States and Europe.

AAAA Appoints Newlon as Controller

AAAA Self Storage Management Group announces the appointment of Denise Newlon, CPA, as controller. Newlon has 15 years experience in the financial services industry. AAAA Self Storage Management Group, an affiliate of The Nicholson Companies headquartered in Norfolk, Va., is a full-service self-storage management and development company.

Argus Adds New Broker Affiliates

Justin Walker joined the Argus Self Storage Sales Network to represent the company in Michigan. He is the principal broker for Maxwell Services Group in Rochester, Mich., and specializes in the valuation and brokerage of investment real estate properties with a specialty in self-storage facilities. Herbert Head of Grisanti-Head Commercial Real Estate, Louisville, Ky., will represent Argus in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. He has a diverse background with experience in the military and high-tech industries and is a certified commercial investment member candidate.
