Smart Storage, which operates six self-storage facilities in Northwest England, won the “Platinum Trusted Service” award from Feefo, a technology company specializing in customer reviews and insights. The honor is presented to businesses that earn Feefo’s gold-standard award for three consecutive years, according to the source.
“We’re very excited to receive this award from Feefo because it’s based on the feedback of real customers, who are the most important judges of all,” said Smart Storage CEO Chris Stevens. “It recognizes how hard the whole team works to give all our customers the best possible experience, especially in the recent tough times.”
Feefo provides tools to help businesses collect purchase-verified reviews and insights. It works with more than 3,500 brands. Companies that have at least 50 Feefo reviews in a year and achieved a service rating of at least 4.5 are given the “Feefo Gold Trusted Service” award. Due to the pandemic, this year’s results were assessed on an average rating from 2019 to 2020, the source reported.
“Despite the incredible challenges of a global pandemic, so many companies using Feefo have continued to provide remarkably high levels of service, and they deserve a huge amount of credit for what they have achieved,” said Steph Heasman, director of customer success at Feefo. “It’s why we have changed our criteria to be fair to the organizations that have struggled in such difficult circumstances.”
Smart Storage has locations in Altrincham, Bromborough, Liverpool, Preston, Warrington and Widnes, England. In addition to traditional storage, the company provides archive storage and document shredding.
