Union Realtime LLC, a technology-services company that specializes in self-storage development data, has formed a strategic partnership with List Self Storage (LLS), which operates a website for real estate professionals to list and identify facilities for sale. The partnership will allow Union Realtime’s Radius customers to identify facilities listed for sale, run analyses and view details on the LSS website. In addition, LSS users will be able to open any listing directly in Radius with one click, according to a press release.

“LSS is the self storage industry’s largest listing aggregator of both raw land and existing facilities,” said Cory Sylvester, principal at Union Realtime. “Enabling developers and acquirers to quickly identify and analyze on-market deals at scale is a game-changer for this industry.”

The website provides a directory of self-storage transaction specialists, providing a reference for all aspects of self-storage development, building, financing, purchasing, managing and selling.
