PTI Security Systems, a provider of access-control and security solutions for the self-storage industry, has launched an online platform for its authorized dealers to collaborate with each other and access company training and marketing collateral. The “Dealer Community” will also offer in-depth support help and offer sales opportunities, according to a press release.
“This will revolutionize the way that dealers interact with PTI, other dealers and, most importantly, their customers,’ said Franklin Young, CEO. “The community will give them everything they need to improve their PTI-related operations in a centralized, easy-to-access place.”
“One of the aspects that we’re most excited about is the ability to collaborate with and learn from the industry’s top dealers,” added Thomas Brooks, vice president of sales. “Many of our dealers have built and fostered connections organically, but the community will make it easier than ever to share best practices, ask business and technical questions, and create value-added relationships.”
