storEDGE, a provider of software and other technology for the self-storage industry, sent several product updates, new features and gifts to its customers last month as part of a 12-day program to coincide with the winter holiday season. The program ran Dec. 4-19, providing items ranging from software search improvements to new corporate reporting tools. Rewards included Amazon gift cards and a holiday cookbook, according to a press release.
Many of the enhancements and new features were spurred by customer requests. “We take client feedback very seriously, no matter how large or small,” said Megan Kannard, director of marketing. “The majority of the 12-days items were most-requested features from our clients’ wish lists, plus some fun, unexpected surprises.”
Product enhancements included automated lead texting, security settings to mask credit cards and the ability to generate multiple delinquency notices, which simplifies credit card payments and other tasks. Bonus deliverables included “storage jokes on command,” according to a company blog post.
