Self Storage Support Solutions LLC (SSSS), a subsidiary of Texas-based third-party management firm RPM Storage Management LLC, has opened a call center inside the newly opened Rattler Road Storage in San Marcos, Texas. It will offer services with three levels of call coverage: calls accepted after normal business hours, rollover calls after three rings, and full-service in which all calls are answered by the provider. The platform will integrate with most management-software programs, according to a press release.
“I’ve worked with several different call centers over the past 29 years and have never had the kind of results I was looking for,” said CEO Monty Rainey, “I think mostly because a lot of call center reps simply don’t know much about self-storage. We will only staff our call center with experienced storage professionals who know how to answer the questions storage customers ask. With more and more owners looking into going remote, we felt like this was the time to move forward with our call center.”
SSSS will also offer ala carte products and services similar to those provided by RPM such as bookkeeping, marketing, repair and maintenance, revenue management, and a tenant-protection plan, the release stated.
Based in New Braunfels, Texas, RPM operates more than 40 self-storage facilities in Texas. The company also performs feasibility studies, due diligence, staff hiring and training, and more.
