Self-storage builder Storage Construction has promoted Stephen Rohrbach to coordinator for the Western Region, focusing on growth in that area of the country. Rohrbach will be the first line of contact in the company’s new Colorado office. In addition to responding to inquiries, he’ll serve as the primary liaison between marketing and sales, and identify trade contractors and service providers with whom to partner, according to a press release.
“Stephen’s experience in marketing and client development, as well as his proven history in the area of project management, makes him a singular asset for our new presence in the western part of the country,” said Rod Lockard, vice president of business development and quality management.
Rohrbach, who’s been with Storage Construction since 2018, has 35 years of construction experience. In his time with the company, he’s supervised seven development projects comprising more than 400,000 square feet. He previously served as president of F.A. Rohrbach Inc., a contractor based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He’s a certified professional constructor, and has co-authored several professional presentations and industry articles, the release stated.
Headquartered in York, Pennsylvania, Storage Construction is a full-service construction-management company that has operated primarily in the mid-Atlantic and New England markets. Services include construction management, pre-construction consulting and design.
