Self-Storage Brokerage SkyView Announces 7 Promotions to Leadership

SkyView Advisors, a commercial real estate brokerage firm that specializes in self-storage, has promoted seven team members to new leadership roles, according to a press release.

Richard Riddle was elevated from senior vice president to executive vice president. He’s a foundational member of SkyView and will continue to lead a rapidly growing division with a client-first business approach, the release stated.

Scott Schoettlin is now managing director, formerly senior vice president. With more than 20 years of experience, he’ll lead the firm’s investment-sales division.

Zachary Urow was promoted from senior vice president to executive vice president. He’s one of the company’s longest tenured employees and has been the top producer for two years in a row, according to the release.

Additional promotions include Michael Brandon, Aaron Sanchez, Hunter Sell and David Zehendner, each promoted from senior associate to senior vice president.

“The elevation of these seven experts is extremely well-deserved,” said company co-founder Ryan Clark. “Each one of these core members has had a profound impact on the well-being of our company, in addition to the amazing success of our clients across the country.”

Based in Tampa, Florida, SkyView helps self-storage buyers and sellers through a range of advisory services, including acquisition, disposition and recapitalization, asset valuation, and joint-venture structures.
