List Self Storage (LSS) recently launched a website for real estate professionals who want to list and find self-storage facilities. ListSelfStorage.com was created as an all-inclusive hub for brokers, investors and transaction-oriented individuals to sell, market or acquire storage properties, according to a press release.

“Providing another outlet for our brokers to list properties on the LSS website was a no-brainer,” said Ben Vestal, president of Argus Self Storage Sales Network, a Denver-based group of real estate brokers who specialize in storage properties. “The LSS listing process is simple and intuitive, and provides additional leads for our brokers that they may not have otherwise accessed.”

LSS currently lists more than 100 properties for sale. The website can provide value to brokers who serve single-store operators in a geographically remote location as well as those working with multi-facility operators, the release stated.

The website also features an online directory of self-storage transaction specialists, providing a reference for all aspects of developing, building, purchasing, financing, managing and selling a facility, according to the source.

“List Self Storage provides a ‘one-stop shop’ for transaction-oriented self-storage industry professionals,” said Theresa Gallas, president of LSS.

Formed in 1994, Argus has 36 broker affiliates covering nearly 40 markets.
