Copper Storage Management Hires 4 to Self-Storage Leadership, Customer-Service Teams

Copper Storage Management (CSM), a third-party management company that specializes in automated self-storage operation, has added four team members to its leadership and customer-service teams. The new hires are Tana Bryant, operations specialist; Terry Campbell, CEO; Jennifer Downer, client-relations specialist; and Tess Toth, director of sales and marketing, according to a press release.

Campbell has more than 25 years of storage-industry experience, including seven as executive vice president of the self-storage lending division for Live Oak Bank. He also previously served as executive vice president of operation and vice president of sales and marketing for building manufacturer BETCO Inc.

“We are thrilled to have Terry, Tana, Jennifer and Tess’s decades of experience to help catapult our brand and continue to improve our processes and client experience,” said Brett Copper, partner and director of operations for CSM.

“I am thrilled to join a company that I believe is truly on the cutting-edge of the future of self-storage,” Downer said. “I’m looking forward to working with this team of creative and well-respected storage professionals.”

“I am excited to be a part of [CSM] and to learn more about the remote management side of storage operations,” added Bryant. “I see my role of operations specialist as a resource for owners and [co-workers] alike. My goal is to provide value not only to our team but also to our clients from a service aspect and valuation standpoint.”

Together, the CSM team has about 100 years of self-storage experience and remotely manages more than 100 facilities nationwide, the release stated. Company services include a call center, collections, customer service, day-to-day bookkeeping, lien sales, marketing and more.
