Storage Atlantic, a self-storage facility at 1 PGA Blvd. in Bear, Del., recently completed the addition of two single-story buildings, expanding the property by 17,100 square feet of storage space and 172 units. [remove return] The first building consists of 9,900 square feet of climate-controlled storage. The second is non-climate-controlled. Each unit includes its own fire-prevention sprinkler head to meet a state code requirement, according to a press release by Investment Real Estate Construction LLC, the company that built the expansion.

Bear is an up-and-coming suburb of Newark and Wilmington, Del. Storage Atlantic is near Pulaski Highway (U.S. Route 40), in the commercial center of the community.
