“New Jersey: Self-Storage in the Garden State” identifies areas in the state that are still ripe for potential self-storage development and why it is still a strong self-storage market. The REIT study looks at national self-storage companies Extra Space Storage Inc., Public Storage Inc., Sovran Self Storage and U-Store-It Trust Inc., particularly property performance, occupancy and revenue.
