Charles “Chico” LeClaire, senior vice president and senior director of the Marcus & Millichap National Self Storage Group, announced the sale of a U-Store-It facility in Albuquerque, N.M., the 21st self-storage facility he has sold for U-Store-It in the past year. The property was sold to a local private investment group for $2.8 million. It has 41,216 rentable square feet with 453 units.
