XPS Partners With Keep It Simple Storage and LiveSwitch to Help Self-Storage Operators Offer Live Video Support to Customers
September 3, 2024
Self-storage operators will more readily provide live video support to their customers because of a new collaboration between XPS Solutions, which offers call-center services and sales support to self-storage businesses; Keep It Simple Storage (KISS), a provider of remote-management technology; and LiveSwitch, a provider of live video solutions. Thanks to video gateways supplied by KISS and LiveSwitch, XPS can offer facility operators up to 54 hours of video-based, remote-management assistance per week, according to a press release.
Through this partnership, self-storage operators will also have access to phone support (up to 104 hours) as well as the XPS leasing platform, mobile app, payment solutions and more. This integration enables XPS agents to manage tenant details, unit inventory, pricing and promotions.
“By partnering with KISS and LiveSwitch, we can combine live-video engagement with our robust remote-management services, giving facility owners the tools they need to enhance operations, improve the customer experience and ultimately increase occupancy,” said John Traver, CEO of XPS. “Live video allows for this exchange, providing a virtual onsite experience through deploying this technology via our self-storage experienced teams. Our task is to help properties bring down the cost of support while improving the overall tenant experience. This combined initiative with KISS and LiveSwitch allows XPS to enable this option for any property.”
