USC Launches SmartLease Flexible-Leasing Program for Portable-Storage Containers

Universal Storage Containers LLC (USC), a provider of portable-storage containers for self-storage and other industries, has introduced a SmartLease flexible-leasing program that allows customers to grow their business without having to make a large upfront down payment. It can be used to lease company products including cargo-air ULD (unit load devices) containers, cargo-ground containers, Green-Lite stackable containers, Polar Bear refrigerated containers, and Z-Box foldable and stackable containers.

USC will create tailored lease options to suit a customer’s individual needs, according to a Nov. 20 newsletter distributed to its clients. The goal is to help self-storage operators quickly and efficiently grow their business and start generating more revenue, it stated.

Based in New Canaan, Connecticut, USC also has offices in Boulder, Colorado; New York City; and Sea Island, Georgia. Its product line includes emergency-response containers, portable storage containers, portable offices, and walk-in coolers and freezers. The company also offers installation, logistics support, training and more.
