StorTrack Expands Explorer Self-Storage Market-Analysis Platform to Cover Europe, UK

StorTrack, a provider of market intelligence and related services for the self-storage industry, has expanded its market-analysis platform, Explorer, to include data from the United Kingdom and 32 countries across Europe. Explorer is currently used by thousands of self-storage investors, operators and developers in Canada and United States for data-driven market due diligence and opportunity analysis, according to a press release.

“Explorer is your only resource for identifying and evaluating markets for profitable self-storage investments in UK and Europe, covering over 12,000 self-storage facilities, seven years of historical data and hundreds of development projects across the region,” the release stated.

StorTrack launched Explorer in 2021 as a replacement and enhancement of the company’s MarketView research tool. The product is offered as a three-tiered subscription service with free, basic and upgraded options.

Launched in 2014, Southfield, Michigan-based StorTrack serves thousands of self-storage facilities with local pricing data, market-valuation insights, reports and market-analysis tools.
