StorSuite Releases StorPass Alerts Software Integration for Its Self-Storage Tenant-Protection Program

StorSuite, a provider of various self-storage services that launched in January after the merger of seven industry vendors, launched StorPass Alerts Version 1.0, a software that integrates with the company’s tenant-protection program, Storage Shield. The product was designed to streamline operation, reduce administrative burden, and improve the customer experience for facility operators and their tenants, according to a press release.
StorPass features include:
Real-time push notifications and text alerts that notify tenants regarding account and claim updates
A simplified claims process that allows tenants to file quickly and efficiently
A user-friendly upload option for claim-related images and documents
“StorPass Alerts represents the next evolution in tenant communication and protection,” said Damon Emerson, divisional vice president and cofounder. “As the first product to emerge from our newly unified brand divisions, this release symbolizes our commitment to innovation and collaboration. StorPass Alerts is set to redefine the standards for tenant engagement in the self-storage industry.”
StorSuite was born of a partnership between Fervent Capital, FineView Marketing, My Storage Plus, Phyrem, Pinnacle Storage Managers, Pinnacle Storage Properties and Storage Shield. The company provides industry marketing services, technology platforms, tenant-protection plans, management services and more.
