Storeganise Software Platform Integrates With Calcumate Unit-Size Calculator for Mobile- and Self-Storage Spaces
October 3, 2024
Storeganise, a software platform for mobile-, self- and valet-storage operations, has integrated with Calcumate, an SaaS (software as a service) unit-size calculator that uses 3D visualizing to show customers how much space is required for their goods. Its integration into the Storganise rental process is designed to help customers choose their mobile-storage container or self-storage unit. The system displays only those products that can accommodate the renter’s belongings, the release stated.
“Most size guides in the world are simply text, images or videos on a dead-end page that doesn’t move a prospective customer closer to a rental or tell them which size they need,” said Storeganise Cofounder and CEO Miles Davison. “With Calcumate’s innovative size calculator, Storeganise is changing that and making it even easier to rent a unit while delivering an engaging experience that maintains the end user’s attention, which at the same time avoids distracting them from the rental process.”
“Calcumate is proud to support Storeganise’s commitment to innovation as they rapidly expand their customer base globally,” said Calcumate CEO Ross Metherell. “It’s a pleasure to be partnering with Storeganise which is, like Calcumate, a global software business with customers on six continents. Calcumate is pleased to support the extensive language and other location-specific requirements demanded by Storeganise’s diverse customer base.”
The collaboration will be demonstrated at the Federation of European Self Storage Associations conference and tradeshow in Stockholm, Sweden, Oct. 8-10, according to a press release.
Storeganise was developed in 2015 by Charles and Miles Davison, cofounders of Hong Kong-based valet-storage business StuffGenie Ltd.
Launched in 2019 by Australia mobile-storage operator TaxiBox, Calcumate is used by more than 5,000 self-storage facilities in 30-plus countries.
