XPS Solutions, which offers call-center services and sales support to self-storage businesses, has completed a product integration with Cubby, a provider of self-storage management software. The partnership will enable the companies to provide enhanced services to industry operators, according to a press release.
XPS agents now have direct access to Cubby’s platform through an application programming interface that allows for real-time access to self-storage inventory, pricing and promotions. The integration also allows users to close leads from abandoned carts, offer one-click payment links and improve customer service, the release stated.

Established in 2000 and based in in Richardson, Texas, XPS provides digital sales and marketing support for the self-storage industry. Services include digital call recording, lead tracking, web-chat support and hosting, search engine optimization, data analysis, and more.
Founded in 2022, Cubby provides software that’s used for self-storage analytics, marketing, pricing and other operational functions. The platform can be used by single- or multi-site owners of staffed or unattended sites.
