Tenant Inc., a provider of software and other technology for self-storage and other types of real estate, has integrated the Zion Call Management solution into its Hummingbird property-management platform. This collaboration allows facility operators to provide 24/7 customer support with live call answering using a single, centralized system, according to a press release.
With this integration, Hummingbird users can:
Manage all call-center activities directly within the platform, eliminating the need to switch between systems
Track key metrics such as call volume and duration as well as customer inquiries to identify trends and optimize staffing levels
Provide prompt and efficient support to tenants with call handling and access to real-time information
