Prorize, which offers a revenue-management solution for self-storage operations powered by artificial intelligence, announced its third consecutive year of record-breaking growth, consistently exceeding 35% year-over-year increases. In 2024, the company onboarded more than 60 new clients in Africa, Asia, Europe, and North and South America, according to a press release.
Prorize leaders attribute the expansion to more self-storage operators using technology for revenue management amid challenging market conditions. The company offers cloud-based Self Storage Revenue Optimizer (SSRO) software that uses AI to price rental units. SSRO analyzes data points, including prices, promotions, unit features, customer price sensitivity and seasonal trends to forecast demand and set optimal prices that maximize revenue per unit. “Revenue management levels the playing field for regional operators up against REIT [real estate investment trust] pricing,” said Ahmet Kuyumcu, CEO. “Our platform goes beyond simply reacting to competitors’ pricing.
