Self-Storage Management Company Universal Storage Group Names Vice President of Marketing

Universal Storage Group (USG), which offers third-party management, employee training and consulting services to the self-storage industry, named Kim Hoelting as vice president of marketing. In this role, she’ll oversee marketing for USG and its managed properties, according to a press release.
Hoelting has 30 years of experience in digital marketing, customer engagement and brand development for Fortune 500 and privately held companies. She has a track record of developing effective marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and foster loyalty, according to the release.
In 2021, Hoelting founded Matcha LLC, which provides marketing strategy and consulting for the beauty, consumer-packaged goods and luxury-goods industries. Prior to that, she was vice president of sales and marketing for Macadamia Beauty LLC.

We believe Kim will not only attract new customers but also create lasting relationships with our existing clientele.”
Atlanta-based USG was formerly known as Universal Management Co., which was founded in 1993 and changed its name in 2012. The company owns six facilities and manages more than 70 for other owners in 17 states.
