Self-Storage Investment Firm Madison Capital Markets Appoints Executive Vice President

Madison Capital Markets, an affiliate of Madison Capital Group, which operates the Go Store It Self Storage brand, has appointed Richard (Rick) Shearer as executive vice president. He has more than 25 years of experience in capital markets, financial services and investment management, according to a press release.

Shearer will oversee strategic planning and focus on expanding the company’s relationships with broker-dealers and representatives in the Southeast. His experience includes roles at Hines Securities, Sun Life Financial and Symetra Financial.
