NGFK-Self-Storage-Group-Taucha-Hogue***The SelfStorage Group of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF), a commercial real estate advisory firm, hired Taucha Hogue as a senior financial analyst in the company’s Houston office. Hogue specializes in preparing investment portfolio offerings, financial analysis and modeling, market research, and property valuations for investments, divestments and proposed developments.

Prior to joining NGKF, Hogue managed a portfolio of real estate projects for Shell Oil Co., averaging 30 to 50 projects at any given time. In this capacity, she focused on surplus land divestments, lease acquisitions, small construction projects and easements throughout Latin America and the United States. Her experience on the client side enhances her ability to add value to transactions, according to a company press release.

NGKF offers investment sales, transaction management, debt placement, proprietary lending, and appraisal and valuation advisory services. Together with its affiliates and London-based partner Knight Frank, the company employs more than 12,000 professionals, operating from more than 320 offices on five continents.
