Self-Storage Developer Spartan Construction Management Rebrands as SCM

Spartan Construction Management LLC, a Golden, Colorado-based self-storage development firm that offers construction, design, due-diligence and project-entitlement services, has rebranded to SCM, effective Sept. 2. As part of this transition, the company released a new logo, according to a press release.

The new name reflects the company’s commitment to evolving with the needs of its customers while maintaining the high standards of service for which it is known, according to company president Aaron Saunders. “We are excited to embark on this new chapter with [our customers] under the SCM banner,” he said.

SCM is a subsidiary of Spartan Investment Group LLC, a self-storage development, property-management and real estate firm that operates the FreeUp Storage brand.
