Elevate Structures, a designer, supplier and installer of metal buildings for the self-storage industry, announced changes to its leadership team. Effective immediately, Nigel Kreft will replace Clay Cullins as vice president of sales. Cullins will now focus exclusively on serving customers in Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas, according to a press release.

Most recently, Kreft was director of continuous improvement. In this position, he played a pivotal role in product research, helping to launch the company’s patented Alpha Framing System in 2020. Over his 25-year plus career, he’s overseen the construction of self-storage facilities and various other building types. His expertise has led to efficiencies in construction methods and facility design, the release stated.

Cullins was named vice president of sales in 2018. Prior to joining Elevate, he served as central-region sales manager for Janus International Group, a supplier of self-storage doors, hallways systems and access-control technology.

Founded in 2007 and based in Villa Rica, Georgia, Elevate specializes in the design, procurement and installation of metal-building components for bi-level, boat/RV, single-story and multi-story self-storage structures. The company was rebranded from Storage Structures Inc. in January to mark its expansion into the hotel, multi-family and student-housing sectors. Self-storage will remain a cornerstone of its product focus.
